By "import" does that mean they will automatically be added to my team? (i.e: I will be given all of the cubs' draft picks in 1978). I would prefer to have these players be in the amatuer draft, so I can select from a pool of these players instead of being automatically assigned them, so I dont make the same mistakes the Cubs did.

In the league set up---rules tab, check import historical rookies AND allow amateur draft.
