It's a superstar-less lineup, maybe even star-less. It reminds me of my
Fort Collins Owls - a bunch of guys who are good enough to be starters, but only two or three could be considered "very good" players.
Lucky for the A's they have the pitching to make up for some of that. So if they could actually score three or four runs a night on a regular basis, they could be extremely good. It's going to take some luck for the right guys to be hot at the same time.
