The opposite should happen imo, they should earn perform well in the minors earning themselves a shot at the bigs and then struggle a bit at first due to tougher competition. The same method as it uses to model major leaguers. Maybe I don't understand your question. Note that minor league league totals can me modified now, so you have some control of minor league stats across a league, now.
