Yeah. On a serious note, this report is based on a simple count of offences over this period. Given that Liverpool have played more European games than almost anybody else in this period (2 European Cup finals included), that's going to warp the numbers.
We need a rate stat for hooligan behaviour. I suggest eqH. eqH = (((Tft + Rwd + FE) * St) ^ CK) / Games
