People with commish access have the ability to edit players. People who run the sims can run them however many times they want until they get results they like and there is no way for the rest of the league to know it's been done. Well, the commish of this league, "jackflash" has already said he would not own a team.

And as far as one owner owning more than one team, two things, jackflash hasn't even said if he would allow that or not, and if he did allow it, as long as trading between the two teams would be prohibited, I don't see how there would be a conflict at all, but if it made people nervous for whatever reason, no big deal. I just asked about it because it may be a good thing to get the league started if 30 owners couldn't be found the first year or two. A active league is better than a league waiting to find owners. (After a certain amount of time.) Like I said, as long as trading between the teams is prohibited, I wouldn't see a problem. And if a new owner is looking to buy into the league, the owner with more than one team would have to give one of them up to the new guy.
