2020 Roster:

Infield
Cather:
Clayton Griffin - An amazing power hitter versus Right-Hand pitchers Griffin is sure to provide much needed power from behind the plate. Also with decent range at catcher he gives some of Seattle's younger pitchers peace at mind when throwing that nasty splitter. Griffin's arm could could called into question though.

Chao-Kuan Wu - A seaosn veteren, Wu gives Seattle a power hitting back-up to serve behind Griffin. With similar range and power numbers Seattl'es head coach doesn't have to think twice about giving Griffin a much needed day off.

First Base:
Basil Mora - Mora is a durable player who can play all over the field. Although he lacks the power of a tradition First Baseman, he gives Seattle someone who's averaged 102 runs over the past 5 years.

Second Base:
Bill "The Crow" Gonzalez - Signed last year to serve as a back-up to Jeff Dominguez, "The Crow" is looking to start at second for Seattle this year. Good contact and a great eye should see Gonzalez somewhere in the bottom of the order to hopfully get a walk or a single in order to keep a drive alive.

Adam Jones - Long time Seattle great, Jones is back for his 17th year with the Mariners. Although Seattle doesn't expect another 27 homerun season out of the aging Jones, he will still serve his part in backing-up "The Crow".

Shortstop:
Andre Harrold - Signed 3 years ago to back-up Adam Jones at short, Harrold hasn't seen much playing time, but this year looks to be different. Seattle is hoping he can return to his 300 avg and 100 run form from several years back.

Nate "White Lightning" Kuge - Signed for a huge 20 million contract the speedy, power hitting Kuge looked to be Seattle's answer for a power hitting infielder, but after suffering a torn rotator cuff in 2017, Kuge has been a shell of his former self. Seattle will use this former great as a back-up to Harrold.

Thirdbase:
Ronald Jorge - Signed this past off-season, Jorge gives Seattle a 30 homerun / 120 RBI threat in the middle of the line-up. Also with decent speed Jorge has averaged 120 runs over the past 5 seasons.
