try this from the "common problems" thread:
"1. Close OOTPB
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\skins\ootp blue 2007, or whichever folder holds the skin you are using.
3. Delete skin.bin
4. Restart OOTPB"
This did not seem to work for me, so I restored the "skin.bin" file and simply changed skins to "classic" and that worked fine.
