I drafted what appears will be a long-term prospect for me. Great potential ratings out of high school. He's a first baseman with a pretty low 1B rating.

He's not rated at any other position, but what if I wanted to stick him in Single A ball to learn 3B. Is there a way to do this? Can I direct the Single A manager to teach him a new position?
