Top of the 2nd
Hernandez leads off the inning with a single, but Durham doubles him up. Hey, deja vu. Murphy, unfortunately, doesn't continue the trend. He strikes out swinging. Milwaukee 1, St. Louis 0

Bottom of the 2nd
Vuke sets Ogilvie, Simmons and Leczano down in order. Milwaukee 1, St. Louis 0

Top of the 3rd
Zisk strikes out, Nolan flies out. Ozzie singles, but is thrown out stealing. So much for Simmons' noodle arm. Milwaukee 1, St. Louis 0

Bottom of the 3rd
Gantner singles. Don Money flies out. A passed ball puts Gantner on second. Yount and Davis ground out to end the inning. Milwaukee 1, St. Louis 0
