For anyone who doesn't know what working on a completely commission/fee-based structure, you will not understand the intense pressure you can feel at times. I have done the same kind of work as Erich for 10 years, and owned by own business for the past year and a half. I spend at least 70 hours a week, having worked in my office until 1:30 AM last night alone!
Please be patient with Erich. He's working as hard as he can to provide a quality mod for the community. Considering the time I know he puts into his business, this is not a simple undertaking.
