Hey all, sorry last couple of days have been hectic with work and having to go to two different hospitals. One for my kids and one for me. I woke up this morning and my right elbow was the size of a grapefruit. So I got to spend the better part of today in the Urgent Care, got medication and my elbow has lessened the pain a bit enough that I am able to type here.

I am sorry that work has gotten in the way. I am a financial advisor and my personal fiscal year with my company is coming to a close this month so I have been a bit busy with work as well. I am going to try and get as much as I can done so we can have this put out there for everyone.
