Open "My Documents" in the Windows Explorer. Locate the folder /Sports Interactive/OOTP Baseball 2007/data/saved_games/your league.lg/settings/
Delete the following files, if they exists:
reports_set_online_league.cfg
reports_set_online_league.cfgb
reports_set_season_almanac.cfg
reports_set_season_almanac.cfgb
Start OOTP and create the reports. You will need to update the report settings again, but the missing report will be there.
Sorry, this is because the newly added reports have been missing in the (old) reports settings table. This is only a problem for "old" leagues. Those creating after patching doen't have this problem.
