PCM Modifiers for these leagues are as follows:

Batting Average: .350
Extra Base Hits: .300
Home Runs: .200
Walks: .250
K's .300

PCM Modifiers for High School Feeder Leagues are identical to those above. The feeder leagues are producing quality prospects, my independant High School leagues are not. Looking at some of the players through the editor, there are alot of prosects in the independant leagues who have a BABIP potential rating at 250 but Avoid K's potential is at 1. The other potential ratings are very low as well. But the prosects in the feeder leagues have a very good spread.
