How do you develop your players?
Like, I needed a 4 and 5 starter, so I decided to take some 5 star potential guys and use them. Problem is, they were 1 star overall. Now, after half a season and losing records & ugly stats, one is only 3 star potential and the other dropped all the way to 1 star.
But besides that, I just notice I have a lot of good potential players and was wondering how to speed up their development.
What is the way to do it?
