Not what you want to hear, but OOTP is not set up to play that type of league. The problem is that it cannot output series results. It's design is centered around exporting lineups and rotations as well as manager/player tendencies so the games can be played on a "central" machine.
Look at it this way... if everyone played their own schedule for the week on their own copy of the game - all those results would be on each of their machines... but no way to export them.
