The game gets high reviews because it is a *great* game, in spite of no sound. Rosters are a piece of cake with the Lahman database, or any of the other modified sets people here have done. I'm not gonna bad-mouth Mogul except to say that I don't think it measures up to OOTP.
My anal-retentive side likes to poke at things I think needn't be there or that I would like to see included. And no it's not perfect, but I cannot imagine playing a different game. If you loved past versions of OOTP, I can't fathom how you would be disappointed in 2007...
