Don't know how involved this would be, but how about an undo command...it bit me in my first game.
While attempting a double switch I accidently dropped my pitcher into the wrong spot in the batting order (2nd instead of 8th). This was at the end of a spring training game and the postion player I was using was my last available. So now my pitcher is batting 2nd and would be the 4th hitter in the next inning. I thought no big deal since I was up by one with my stud closer on the mound in the 9th...who with two outs proceded to walk one pinch hitter and then gave up a go-ahead 2-run home run to another!!! AAAARRRGGG!
So now I am batting in the bottom of the 9th and with two outs my leadoff hitter doubles and up comes the new pitcher's spot! I had only 2 pitchers left and so I used the best hitter to pinch-hit for the closer. After he struck out the idea for an undo came to me...
Okay, so I lost my first game thanks to a stupid mistake...stop laughing!
But seriously, undo might have changed the outcome (I mean after all, this closer was looking like he might be the real deal, now he is a Rookie Leaguer for life, or until I trade him for a bus and a bag of balls).
