Here is an Israeli name set for use with OOTP2006/2007
I've made it name set 39, to replace US-Historical, but you change that to suit your needs.

names_israeli.txt

I've also made an expanded US-Modern name set, but it's too large to post here, so I'll be sending it to www.ootpmodsquad.com.
