I'm thinking of having a Japanese league to go along with my North American leagues, and I'm curious as to what peoples' ides are regarding modifiers. I've read that .96 may be a good idea, does anyone else have ideas? I'm thinking that the difference in fielding ratings may be smaller than the difference in power, for example.
