Ability to turn OFF career-ending injuries, but still have injuries.

This can be particularly helpful when simming historical leagues years at a time. I like to just leave the computer to simulate years at a time for me and always feel like just starting over if I come back and see that Ty Cobb suffered a CEI early in his career. There was even one instance where Roberto Alomar had 3 career-ending injuries in 1 season for me where I simply edited him each time. I realize CEIs happen and it's why many players retire, but in historical leagues it kinda helps with the "what if?" part if we can turn these types of injuries off. How many HRs would Albert Belle have hit or how many trick-or-treaters would he have terrorized if he hadn't suffered a CEI? Would he have gone downhill anyways? Belle is just one example cause I can't really think of any older players who had their careers ended too early other than Clemente, but you get the point. Adding an option to eliminate CEIs would be great and HOPEFULLY not too hard to do.
