This is pretty much an operator error "bug", but I thought I'd bring it to your attention.

When you are using the Historical League Creation Wizard, if you leave the "Import Year" field blank on step one, the game will still go through the "Loading Database" screen, but will freeze on 0% on the "Loading Players" screen with no way out but ctrl-alt-del.
