With the advent of various rules coming into effect in schools across England it could get harder to scout young players specially below the age of 11, reason being most if not all schools now have rules in place were only family can watch games and you need permission to film games some don't even allow it.

Teams have started getting round this by opening football schools in the Summer months, the teams class these as teaching children football skills but I don't think their kidding anyone to be honest and they use them as scouting sessions.
