Except in this case, the manual is not in a physically printed form, it is solely electronic in nature.
Which means that it could in fact be continuously updated, right up until the last moment, since there is no long lead time needed as there is for a printed manual.
The manual is okay, but I too would like to see far more detail included in it. I just personally prefer to have all the nitty gritty spelled out, rather than have to figure things out as I play.
Others, of course, prefer the reverse method...
