I just thought about this one today. I wish there was a feature that allowed you to set Logos, Uniforms, Stadiums, team colors, etc throughout baseball history. Sort of like a database, so that when doing a historical replay, they will automatically change for you instead of having to change them every year.
My other suggestion would be a World Baseball Classic feature, but I figure that it would fall under the major changes category
