Ok, after some more tinkering I was able to get access back by changing all options to human, then clicking take vacation, then return from vacation.

I spoke too soon, after exiting and returning to the game, it is now dimmed again and set to the AI. Anyone know if this is a logged bug or not?

It looks like, every time I set "Roster Moves" to the AI, the "Minor League Transactions" tab automatically get set to AI and is disabled. Anyone know why this would happen?
