Right now I'm making a website with all the files for OOTP5 and possibly OOTP4. I have a couple of questions. First, is it ok to put a file on a website without consulting the maker of the file? I mean, I have downloaded a couple of files from websites like Baseball Sim Central and stuff like that but do I have to ask the maker of the file to put it up on my website? Secondly, can people send me their files or write websites with files that I can add? That would be really helpful, right now I'm looking for skins and facepacks. You can send them to me at
