You simply create a nation in the nation.txt file. You can copy the United States and simply give it an ID of 229 or whatever the last nation is. Then where the ethnicity is just enter the new all african ethnic group there and have it set at 100%. This will ensure that all players from that nation are created from the ethnic group. Then the ethnic group will be set at 100% african.
Hope this helps explain it a bit. I sometimes have the thoughts in my head but don't put them down on the page as well as I would like to, especially when it is just coming quickly.... damn ADHD!!!
