It doesn't address the Expansion Draft problem if a team like the Yankees lose like lets say Jorge Posada in the Draft after he is picked then can pull back the other Catchers they unprotected.
Also in Spring Training it doesn't address the Transaction Rule where can get their Roster back to 25 or what ever number you have it set to befor Opening Day.
Also that All-Star Weekend is July 12 to 13.
