If I use this and it has a college league set up as a feeder league, will there only be college players (no HS players) in the MLB draft?

Edit: I found the answer to my own question. I'll post it here in case others are still learning about feeder leagues. It is possible to set up multiple feeder leagues to feed into one league. So I could use this and set up a high school feeder in addition.
