I'm running a historical league, and there's a slight problem I keep running into. It has to do with a player's fielding position. When a guy first comes up, often he is in a position other than the one for which he will eventually be known. Like, say, Frank Chance, known for first base, starting as an outfielder. I remember that someone had made a modified Lahman database that gave people fielding stats based on their careers. Does anyone know if that still exists or where it is?
