You're still not understanding. When you purchase the game, you get 2 licenses, but only 1 Order ID. A license is what is required to be able to play the game, while the Order ID is simply a 'proof of purchase'. 12 Order ID's are what is necessary to get onto the OOTP Servers. So if someone gives you their Order ID, then they cannot use it again for another league.
