Seems also the GM AI is far from perfect, I notice that last year Rookie of the year, Pedro Olivo isn't on any team and finds this in his history. I'm guessing the fact that I have a limit on foreign players are cousing it, February 23rd was the start of the pre-season and April 23rd the day before opening day.
