Minor League reports claim that the player is doing amazing, then they show horrible statistics

I've been seeing alot of minor league news reports telling about the progress of my progress. However, some of the reports are rather odd. For example, 90% of the minor league reports I see tend to be sound positive. The weirdest ones are the ones where they say something glowingly positive like "Cliff Floyd is ripping the ball to shreds at Wichita, he went 0 for 3 ....... etc etc" OR "Todd Van Poppel is dominating hitters he won Player of the Month going 1-6 with a 6.50 ERA in the Month of June" etc etc

I've seen at least half a dozen reports so far where they say something like "he's doing amazing" ......... followed by some crummy statistics

I don't exactly know where the problem lies. It could be that the historical season I'm running doesn't have a full minors, but I'm sure there are still some other players from other minor league teams that are putting up better numbers to win Player of the Month (I don't think the Minor Leagues are that thin). Could it be that the AI is not managing their minor league players, thus that their minor league players aren't even playing? Nevertheless, do you think a player who's doing extremely horrible should get the Player of the Month by default? Furthermore, ignoring the Player of the Month and other awards, should they be getting glowing reports stating how well they are doing in the first place?
