Are you saying that the correct rule for this is as follows?
When you successfully claim a player that is out of options, he must be placed on the 40-man roster immediately.
When you successfully claim a player that has options, he can be designated for assignment.
Is that what you're saying? If I'm going to get Markus to change this, I just want to make sure it's done right.
