OOTP7 has changed where store custom team logos. Instead of going into the savegame folder, there are global folders where you put your custom graphics.
The Path is

C:\Documents and Settings\{your user}\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\logos
\data\ballcaps is used for hat logos and \data\jerseys is used for uniforms.
All filenames have the format cityname_nickname_[color1]_[color2]_[color3]. Caps add the prefix caps_logo_ to that, jerseys add the prefix jerseys_logo_
For instance, a team in my league, the Kokomo Knights, has these three files:
Kokomo_Knights_050065110_120170230.png in the \logos folder
caps_logo_Kokomo_Knights_050065110_050065110.png int the \ballcaps folder
jerseys_logo_Kokomo_Knights_245245245_120170230_01 0025070.png in the \jerseys folder.
Six-hex-digit colors work, too. I could sub F5F5F5 for 245245245 above if I wanted.
