The best thing to do is to get your save game to a state where we can crash it immediately upon loading
Zip up the whole dir using 7-zip or freezip and follow the ftp instructions at the top of this forum. Post here when done (with the filename) and we'll grab the file, get it logged and hopefully get it fixed
