I'm gonna call in sick tomorrow, I'm sure my boss will understand as he'll be playing the game too (at the same computer as me )

I get the standard 13 holidays plus 4 floater holidays (after or before the actual holiday but can be used at other dates), 28 vacation days and 6 sick days.
Sick days don't roll over and can not be cashed in, my vacation days don't roll over but I get $360 a day if I cash them in during the month of December with a max of $5400 allowed cashed in. Floater days must be used during the month of the holiday and Holidays I either get the day off with pay or I get 2.5 times standard pay to work the day with permission.
My contract calls for 51 days a year off with pay out of the standard 260 day work year. One bad thing though is that I do not get overtime and my standard day is 9 hours long with 8 hours pay scheduled...... I thought this was pretty standard except that the damn French only seem to work 30-35 hours a week.....lazy bas---- nevermind....
Before anyone says that this seems like alot of offtime I would like to state that last year I put in 2480 hours during the year (2080 is standard) so 400 hours extra with no extra pay and 400/8 = 50 days. And I am also on call 24/7....
I think that this is pretty much standard for most of the world - at least all my contracts have called for similar times off.....
