Massengill's got a nice OBP. Does he have hope for developing power?

Steelman's inability to pitch this year is surprising, considering he was fairly decent last year. I expect him to start pitching a little better than he has. Luckily, we've had a ton of off days recently and haven't really had a need for a 5th starter. I've actually been toying with the idea of throwing Souza in the 5th spot (even though he has a 5 in endurance) so he can end his career as a starter. He'll probably pitch the last game of the season if I have anything to say about it.
Nightmare has pretty much maxed out and exceeded his power potential (unless he gets a good bump in talent sometime soon). I see him as a #2 hitter in the future, we just don't have ANY power on our team right now.
