Hmm. 'oriental' would be the equivalent of 'negro', and 'Asian' would be the equivalent of 'African', which is now passe. The equivalent of the modern 'black' would be 'yellow'. I'm thinking it'll be awhile before that one catches on. You're right, it's both PC and OT. I'm out.
