It gets them into the feeder league, then when they hit 18 (for HS), they go into the MLB draft. You'll have to give them appropriate performance ratings for their age, of course, but you can use the talent ratings taken from the Lahman (or whatever you use) import. Obviously, the feeder league itself will have to be fictional, because there is no historical database of high school teams.
But you can add a fictional HS feeder league onto a real MLB setup.
