Using facegen you can render photos by importing a photo into the program and then letting it do it's work.

You can still do these and place them in the game, but they won't use the new technology (age, switch teams, etc.).
You would save these as individual .fg's (if you have the full version) or .png's (if you have the demo).
I believe Deft had asked this previously in regards to moving all his "heads" over.
If there was a way to use multiple .fgs then it might be possible.

That's odd. The game must have a way of storing the individual configurations of each face it creates. Otherwise, how does it continue to know what the player looks like through uniform changes and over time? Perhaps it's saved in the players.dat file, though, and therefore inaccessible.
