The International Sim League or ISL League is a league that originated way back in the OOTP 4 days. The first wave of the ISL saw about 9 seasons completed before we tried expansion and corrupted our file
. By popular demand we brought the league back for a restart with the OOTP 6 and then the 6.5 games. I had to give up the league when I had decided to go back to college. To sum things up, the league simmered out on the 6.5 platform and I am looking to bring it back stronger than ever for the new 2007 game.
I had tried my hand at a 2006 league and just found things not possible with my time availability and the sheer difficaulty that I had with the new engine. Now that I have finally graduated college
and hold a job that requires me to be online 24/7 I am excited for this new venture. Here are some of the features the new ISL will have:
- 30 Teams with the most up to date rosters upon release (read a few posts that cubby will have one ready for game's release).
- A complete blog created within the league website. This blog will have a schedule that will see, atleast, a different story eery day about the league (seems small but will add alot of fun to the league).
- Complete coverage of all the leagues within the universe, including the highly anticipated feeder league option.
Plus many more features to come.
