I based the numbers/ratings for the draft pool instructions on the following list posted below. I'm trying to balance the fighter ratings out as close as I can across all 8 weight classes. I'd say in 2 or 3 more seasons, the numbers and ratings should all even out with no more expansion teams joining the league.

WW / 0 - 1 - 3 - 6 - 9 - 13 - 17 - 12 - 8 - 8 - 5 - 6 = 88
LW / 0 - 2 - 3 - 6 - 7 - 12 - 12 - 16 - 10 - 10 - 3 - 7 = 88
