The team has some financial issues but not all that bad. The previous GM is still in our league(took over a worse off team) so it's not an "abandon ship" situation.
The league members expect a serious GM who answers PM's. That's all. I don't care if you miss exports as long as you are responding to all PM's in a timely manner.
