Depends on what Dowd's put in his report but I'd say a touchline ban and a fine, Whelan's on his side and is loaded so he'll pay the fine. Yesterday Southgate who's Middlesbrough's manager came out and said our refs are the best and so on, so was wondering why he had come out with this statement that was until I saw that Dowd was the ref for last nights Boro v Bristol City game, talk about your butt kissing.
