I am not exactly sure what screens you are talking about, but try this:

If the data is in an HTML table, you can right click the table and select EXPORT TO EXCEL. This is easier than copying and pasting.

Also, lets say you export from a htm page called page.html, and save it in an excel sheet called mystats.xls, if you set it up properly, then you can regenerate the html page with new stats, then just open the excel sheet and it will get the updated stats.
