Just a couple of questions:

It's probably self-explanatory, but what precisely will we be able to edit with the Nation Editor? Is it just for editing simple things, like a nation's flag & population statistics, or will we be able to do more advanced editing, like assigning specific name sets to a nation without having to edit the corresponding txt files?

Also, will the editor allow us to create new nations, or to simply edit existing ones?
