I'm no beta tester so this is obviously a guess but Markus wrote:
When a new season starts in a feeder league, the rosters are filled up again with players aged the minimum age. So basically, the old players get drafted (or dumped into the FA pool if undrafted), and young ones get added automatically afterwards.
Sounds like there's no draft for the feeder leagues so I would think the answer to your question is "no, you can't have one feeder league feed another feeder league". But again, total guess.
