As you know I guest read at BigSoccer, and there are no good news stories with regards a city that has 1) an owner, and 2) a stadium.
There is only bad news.
For example - Rochester's owner doesn't want to pay the expansion fee to join MLS and be a part of a single-entity set-up.
Milwaukee has an owner and no stadium.
Philadelphia had a stadium in New Jersey (???), but even that's disappeared off the radar.
And half of those cities on the Wikipedia list are either dead or never lived.

I just don't see any optimism, but as you also know I'd love to be proved wrong.
