Other things he want's to change are limiting the number of champions league places to 3, totally agree with him on this and to be honest I'd have it at 2 at most. He doesn't want football using instant replay again agree with him 100%, other sports have proved that even with instant replay they don't get the decisions right everytime plus the fact that in England alone there are 92 professional teams could you imagine the ammount of money it would take to get cameras at every ground.
He want's to start using 4 linesmen, imo a great idea as a linesman can't see what's going on at the otherside of the pitch specialy when he could be looking through a crowd of players. Apart from the tackling which like I say I can't see him getting put through I personally think he could be a breath of fresh air, least he has a feel of the history of the game unlike Johansson who would sell his Gran for a profit.

They also mentioned expanding the European Championships to 24 teams...or at least looking into it...Id make that out to be a good idea.
As for everything else...
-taking out tackling...has to be a joke.
-CL Places...Im actually against it, Id rather see Lazio, Arsenal & Valencia than Dynamo Kiev, Spartak Moscow, and Standard Liege...but thats just me.
-4 linemen isnt too bad of an idea, Id just think itd take a while to get the kinks worked out, may be better with 2 refs and 2 linemen.
-instant replay shouldnt be in soccer because the game is fluid. The only time where it would make any sense is in a goal/no goal situation.
